Acceptable Use Policy

01Protect people

• Do not create, upload, request, or distribute sexual content involving anyone under 18, including synthetic depictions, or content that exploits, sexualises, or endangers children.
• Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content obtained through sexual exploitation. Do not use a real person's likeness or voice to create a deceptive deepfake or impersonate them without permission.
• Do not threaten, harass, stalk, doxx, or facilitate violence against a person or group, or promote terrorism or violent extremist activity.
• Do not expose private information or process sensitive personal information without the necessary permission and legal basis.

02Respect rights and the law

• Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Only upload and use material you are entitled to process, and follow the licences of the models and assets you use.
• Do not use Murl for fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, forged evidence, misleading endorsements, or deceptive impersonation of people, businesses, or public bodies.
• Do not create or distribute unlawful content, facilitate criminal activity, or violate applicable UAE laws and content restrictions or the laws that apply to you.
• Do not present an AI-generated output as an authentic recording or verified fact where this would mislead others. Provide AI disclosure when required by law, the destination platform, or the context.

03Protect the service

• Do not distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users or the service.
• Do not bypass safety controls, rate limits, spending controls, suspensions, or payment requirements, including through multiple accounts or automated agents.
• Do not manipulate usage, referrals, attribution, or creator earnings, or generate sham transactions or fraudulent refund claims.
• Do not publish apps that conceal their purpose, collect credentials deceptively, or perform actions beyond the user's permission. Developers are responsible for their apps and authorised agent activity.

04How we respond

We may investigate reports, restrict a feature or account, remove content or hosted apps, and preserve or disclose relevant information where legally required. Our response depends on the severity, context, and history of the conduct. Serious safety or security concerns can require immediate action.

Model providers may impose additional restrictions or reject requests. A request passing a technical filter does not mean it is permitted. Follow both this policy and the restrictions of the model or provider used.

05Report a concern or appeal

Email hello@murl.ai with the subject "Report abuse" and include the app or content URL, a description of the concern, and any relevant context. For a rights complaint, identify the protected work, the material complained of, and how we can contact you. Do not attach illegal material; provide identifying information instead.

If you believe we restricted your account or content in error, reply to our notice or contact the same address with the subject "Appeal" and explain why. We will review the information you provide.
