01Who we are
Murl is operated by Vague MENA FZ-LLC, based at in5 Media, Dubai Production City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Murl", "we", or "us"). These terms apply to our website, AI generation tools, app builder, and apps hosted through Murl. Contact us at hello@murl.ai.
By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using Murl, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data. Our Refunds & Credits Policy forms part of the purchase terms.
02Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account, including connected agents and API credentials. Do not share access to evade account restrictions or spending limits.
03Using Murl
Murl provides digital tools to build, publish, and run AI apps and generate media. Models, availability, processing times, and results vary. Review outputs before using or sharing them: AI may produce inaccurate, biased, unsuitable, or similar results for different users. Outputs are not professional advice.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the applicable usage restrictions and licences of the underlying model and provider, including fal.ai and Runware where used. Check the terms attached to the model you choose before commercial use. A Murl payment does not remove third-party restrictions or guarantee rights in an output.
04Content you import
At your request the builder can copy a website's look into your app, fetching that site's images, fonts and video so your draft looks right at once. Imported media is a drafting aid: before you publish, replace it with media you own, generated, or are licensed to use, unless you own the site or hold its rights. You are responsible for the rights to what you publish, as for anything you upload.
Rights holders can ask us to remove their content (see our Copyright page at murl.ai/copyright). On a complete notice we remove the files from every app that imported them from that domain, block the domain from future imports, and tell you what was removed. Write to copyright@murl.ai if you believe a removal was wrong.
05Credits and payments
Murl uses credits for metered services. Credits are the unit of usage; the price you pay per credit depends on your plan or credit pack. Run costs depend on the app, model, settings, and usage. A displayed estimate may differ from the final charge, including where duration, output size, or a sequence of model calls determines usage. Review the run information before starting; charges and adjustments appear in your wallet. If a final charge exceeds your balance, your balance becomes negative, new runs pause, and your next plan renewal or credit pack is applied to it first.
Purchased credit packs are one-time purchases and expire 3 months after purchase. Subscription allowances expire at your next billing date and do not roll over. Credits that expire soonest are consumed first. Credits are usable only within Murl, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not a bank deposit or withdrawable currency.
A subscription renews at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel through your account billing portal before renewal; if you cannot access it, contact us. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access in place until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can hold one plan at a time and switch plans through the billing portal. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period and receive a prorated share of the new plan's additional credits, which expire at the end of that period. A downgrade takes effect on your next billing date.
Prices and applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Stripe processes payments for us. Credits or access are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. If a confirmed purchase does not appear, contact us with your receipt. Our Refunds & Credits Policy explains failed runs, unused purchases, and refunds.
06Your content and apps
You retain any rights you hold in your inputs, apps, and outputs. You must have permission to upload and process content, including personal data, images, voices, and third-party materials. We do not promise that AI outputs are unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims.
You grant us permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your content to operate Murl, fulfil your requests, and enforce our policies. When you publish an app or share content, this includes making the published materials available to the intended audience. Unpublish content or revoke sharing where the product allows; copies already downloaded by others may remain outside our control.
We operate the hosting service and may limit, suspend, or remove hosted apps or content for policy violations, legal requests, security issues, or service changes. Publishing an app does not itself promise creator payments; any creator earnings programme requires its own applicable agreement.
07Restrictions and termination
We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address abuse, non-payment, security threats, legal obligations, or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact us for review; urgent or legally restricted cases may require action without advance notice.
You may stop using Murl or request account closure by contacting us. Account closure does not automatically cancel a subscription: cancel renewal through billing or ask support to do so. Outstanding payment obligations and terms that need to survive termination remain applicable. Any refund entitlement is assessed under our Refunds & Credits Policy and applicable law.
08Service and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular AI result. To the extent permitted by law, Murl is provided as available, without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid Murl during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
09Changes and governing law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai govern these terms. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, except where mandatory law gives you a different right or forum. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem.
We may update these terms as Murl changes. We will update the date on this page and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law take priority over conflicting provisions in these terms.
