Credits measure your usage across Murl. The cost of each run depends on the app, model, and settings you choose, and is quoted before you start.

Credits are spent in Murl and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

    Choose an app or model, then set your inputs. Resolution, duration, output count, and other settings affect the cost.

    Check the estimate

    Review the estimated credits before you start. The final charge reflects billable usage, which can differ from the estimate.

    See where your credits went

    Credits may be reserved while a run is in progress. Final charges and released reservations appear in your wallet.

A few things to know before you start.

How many credits does a run use?

It depends on the model, resolution, output count, duration, and other settings. An app may make several model calls. Review the estimate before starting; the final charge reflects billable usage and can differ from that estimate. If it is more than your balance, your balance goes negative and your next plan renewal or credit pack covers it first.

Do my credits expire?

Yes. Subscription credits are a monthly allowance: unused allowance expires at your next billing date and does not roll over. Credit packs expire 3 months after purchase. Credits that expire soonest are used first.

What happens if a run fails?

Unused credit reservations are released. A failed request with no billable usage should not have a final usage charge, but completed steps in a multi-step app may still be charged. If you were charged without receiving a result, send us the run details so we can investigate. A credit adjustment is different from a card refund.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel future renewal in your account’s billing portal, or contact us if the portal is unavailable. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself refund that period. Separately purchased credit packs stay usable until they expire, 3 months after purchase.

Are purchases refundable?

Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable, including unused credits. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the paid period begins. We review billing errors and failure to deliver, and your mandatory consumer rights still apply. See the Refunds & Credits Policy for the full details.

Can I use outputs commercially?

Check the usage restrictions and licences of the model and provider you choose. Paying for Murl does not remove third-party restrictions or guarantee rights in an output. You retain any rights you hold in your inputs, apps, and outputs. Read our Terms of Service for more.

How do payment and delivery work?

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable tax and the final total appear at checkout. Stripe processes payments; credits and access are supplied digitally after payment confirmation. If a confirmed purchase is missing, contact us with your receipt.
